Mentoring College Students

Scott Loker – President/CEO of Grace Mountain Services LLC has mentored college students for over 25 years. The main focus of this mentorship is to set up informational interviews with various C-Suite individuals. After a few informational interviews, the mentees build confidence in the interview process and also gain a strong focus on what their future holds. The process starts with having the college students practice and develop the informational interview skills with past mentees. The student then reviews a list of contacts and determines who would be the best fit for a few informational interviews. Then the real fun begins. The college student interviews top individuals in various industries. The college student builds life-long skills and development during this process. The college student then circles back with past mentees.

For over 25 years - Scott Loker – President/CEO of Grace Mountain Services LLC has mentored and assisted individuals who have lost their current position within a company. Scott has provided guidance to help the individual in their search for an exciting new future challenge.
